Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College is one of five Constituent Colleges of Tumaini University Makumira. TUDARCo joined the Tumaini University family on 1st April, 2003 having existed since 1997 as Waldorf College Tanzania. It has since grown from 249 students during 2004/2005 academic year to over 1,700 students during 2011/2012. These students were enrolled in degree programmes - the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), the Bachelor of Arts in Library and Information Service (BA-LIS) , the Bachelor of Law (LLB), Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Information Management and Bachelor of Human Resource Management. They were also enrolled in diploma programme (Diploma in Business Administration) and in 3 Certificate programmes (Certificate in Law, Certificate in Records Management, Certificate in Accounting and Business Administration).

Tumaini University Dar-es-Salaam College has five Campuses in Dar es Salaam, one is Kurasini Campus located off Kilwa road a few kilometers from the city centre. The campus is in the compound of Kurasini Lutheran congregation Church. Another is Kinondoni campus which is 6Km from Dar Es Salaam City Centre, located a few yard off Kawawa Road. Third one is at AEE in Kinondoni. Fourth is at Mwenge, along Sam Nujoma Road towards Coca Cola plants and Fifth is at Mikocheni in premises of the Institute of Education.
